Following the release of his debut album ?Cassandra?s Nightmare?, which was a world-wide success, the berlin-based musician Mark Petrick has contributed various songs on compilations for acidance-records, shaffel-records and zoomshot-records. Now, after a time of intense creative efforts and conceptional assimilation, the recordings of the second Xenomorph album ?QLIPPOTH? have been finished. It contains 9 tracks of dark, atmospheric psychedelic Horror Trance going through a variety of moods and telling a mystical story about occult phenomena from a cabbalistic perspective. ?Qlippoth? is a hebrew word and means ?shells?, the shells of the universe signifying what might be hidden behind the boundaries of our world, the abode of anti-divine forces and a process of negative creation.
